Perfectly located for skiing (5mi to Bretton woods, 12mi to Cannon), snowmobiling (private access to corridor 11 from our small development of 8 log homes), hiking, golf (5 public courses within 10mi), fishing (minutes/walking distance from the Ammonoosuc  River) and so much more

This cozy, Coventry Ascutney Log Home built 2020 is nicknamed “The Acorn.” It features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and every modern amenity. We are dog friendly and allow 1 medium sized dog (under 50lbs) with approval plus an additional $150 fee per stay.

The log cabin features a wood burning stove, smart tv’s in each bedroom and living room ready for you to log in, high speed internet, air conditioning for summer, heated mattress pad covers in winter, outdoor fire pit & seating, and a well staged & stocked kitchen with quality finishes.

The cabin has 2 levels. Top floor primary w/king bed and full bathroom (shower/soaker tub) & 1st floor w/2 guest bedrooms (1 queen & 1 w/2 twins xl’s), full bathroom (shower) w/laundry & a cozy living area. Cabin also has a 6 person outdoor dining table as well as a small indoor table for 2-4 plus 4 counter stools at the island.

The cabin is perfect for 2-4 adults but can comfortably sleep up to 6. We have additional 450sqft of optional finished space in the lower basement area. This space has a rec/tv area, another full bathroom, large table for games  & meals as well as a 2 person sauna (adult use only.
The lower level can be added to any stay for $100/night plus an additional $75 cleaning. Please inquire about adding the lower level during your booking and the owners can add it to your reservation.

Welcome to 3 Kings Cabin. Custom 3200sf log home w/3 king beds, lower level w/queen & bunk, loft w/2 twins sleeps 12. Perfect for family gatherings or friends w/children. Cabin sits on snowmobile trail (corridor 11). 5mi to BW, 12mi to Cannon, near Ammonoosuc River, short drive to quaint towns of Bethlehem Franconia Sugar Hill or Littleton. Heart of white mountains is best location for hiking, motorcycling, fishing, golf, skiing, snowmobiling or taking in all of nature’s finest.

3200sqft cabin on 3 levels. Main living level has kitchen, dining, wood burning fireplace living room, 2 king bedrooms & full bath. Upper level features master king bedroom w/private deck, full bath,  as well as an open loft area featuring a custom log pool table and 2 twin beds ideal for children. The lower level has radiant heat to keep you warm, 1 queen bed and a set of bunks sharing the space as well as another full bath & laundry. 
Slider from the lower level leads out to a large fire pit w seating for 10 & the main level exits out to an oversized, covered porch featuring plenty of seating and a grill. The front yard is clear, large & level making it ideal for fun & games.

Entire cabin outside of garage area and 1 owners closet which are owner’s space only.

Owners have a home in the twin mountain area and are full time property managers.

Owners are available directly by phone & email. Owner has maintenance man, cleaner & manager on island for emergencies. Owner is very friendly with two adjoining neighbors who will check in on number of guest and unapproved pets.

Easy stroll to Tiger Tail Beach. Safe, quiet neighborhood on a canal. Great fishing right from dock and very easy access by boat to anywhere!

Car is recommended as Marco Island does not have much public transportation. It is very easy to ride a bike to most anywhere and owners provide use of 4 bicycles for our guests. There is a high speed ferry from Marco that runs most of the year to Key West.

JANUARY-MARCH ARE RENTED BY THE FULL MONTH ONLY STARTING IN THE 1st. Do not book for less or you will be forced to cancel the reservation. Maximum occupancy of 8 guests at anytime. We do not allow pool parties or extra guests at anytime. 
Tenants are strictly forbidden to climb on boat lifts and boats or jet skies. Tenants do not have use of any boats or jet skies. Neighbors will alert owners of any misuse and tenants will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund. No exceptions.
Pets must be approved and (1 dog, size & breed restrictions) an additional cleaning fee of $125 will be charged. Tenants found with unapproved pets will lose their entire security deposit. No exceptions.

Enjoy the majestic Thousand Islands on the St Lawerence River. Our home, named “Twin Peaks” was built in 1890, relocated to Grenell Island in 1920 and has been lovingly restored for today’s conveniences. Knowledge of the river and life on an island is crucial to your stay. Navigating the seaway & island life is not for the faint of heart! Having your own boat is necessary for getting anywhere! Our cottage faces the main channel for excellent ship watching and has water views from every room!

Twin Peaks Cottage on Grenell Island has the worlds greatest wrap around porch. The home is south facing on the main channel. Sit and watch the world go by as the ships travel the St Lawerence seaway. Enjoy the moonrise from the from porch and the sunset from the back. Relax, play games, have drinks and socialize with your family & friends from this magical porch. Island living is all about being in the water, on the water & looking at the water. Nothing is accessible without a boat.
This is a large, true 5 bedroom home perfect for multiple generations, large groups of friends or multiple couple to share. The 5 bedrooms sleep 12, plus there is a crib for an additional infant. There is also bed on the screened in portion of the porch that can turn from a twin into a king bed for outdoorsy sleeping.

Guests have run of the house however, owners leave their personal belongings onsite. Please be respectful.

Owners are not onsite during rentals but can be reached by phone and have friends on the island. 911 is available by water in case of emergencies.

Grenell is a small, intimate island. There are 77 homes and the community is close. Guests should be respectful and friendly. Loud groups & parties are not permitted.

Everything must be done by boat. No boat provided. The island has no stores, no roads, no resources. You must bring all your supplies. Owners can arrange for arrival & departure rides at additional cost, however, once on the island nothing is accessible without a boat.

It is highly recommended that children wear a life jacket when not in the home or on the porch. This is an island! Water is everywhere, water is deep and the current is constant. ALL water on an island is river water and is not drinkable! We will start you off with two 5 gallon spring water containers but depending on the size of your group and number of days staying, you may find the need to refill or purchase/bring bottled water.
