We do not break up prime months or overlap into multiple months that include a prime time. It is staged w fine furnishings from the tempur pedic beds w/organic cotton sheets down to the well equipped kitchen w quality cookware. This is our personal home away from home and it is staged accordingly. We are pet friendly (fee, size & breed restrictions apply) and have a completely fenced yard. The bus stop to Key West is at the top of our street so no need to drive or fight for parking! Big Pine Key has grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping unlike many of the Keys. Extra large driveway and garage for parking cars, rv or trailer. Boat lift available for up to 30ft (10,000lb) boat. Bus stop at the top of our street to Key west! Bust stop from MIA & FLL airport 5min from house! Home is rented by the month starting on the 1st for full months during peak season (January-April & July-August).
